While working at Quintiles, I was assigned as Regional PM of a large study and had the privilege of working with Craig who was the sponsor’s PM. This project proved to be extremely challenging as it was conducted at 55 sites across 3 countries in Latin America and abruptly terminated after an interim analysis was conducted. Notwithstanding, Craig was a natural leader, our coach, and a key member of our team. His high professionalism, excellent interpersonal communication skills, respect for cultural differences, and confidence in our work were all without a doubt, the key leadership traits required to oversee a study of this magnitude. Working with Craig was certainly one of my best experiences in more than 20 years of clinical research in Latin America!
